ENABLING two-factor authentication

In order to get paid, you’ll need to set up two-factor authentication (2FA). This is done by using the Google Authenticator app on iOS or Android.

For obvious security reasons, we don’t allow partners to withdraw money if they don’t have 2FA enabled. If you are having trouble setting up 2FA, please contact your manager.

Setting up 2FA:

  • Step 1: Download the Google Authenticator iOS or Android app.
  • Enable two-factor authentication in your PlanBet player account.
  • Scan the QR code you see on the website through the app and enter the code you see on the screen.

Enabling Two-Factor Authentification

Step 1: Log in to your PlanBet player account (not your Partner Account).

Step 2: Go to Account, then click on Personal Profile.

Step 3: Click Security, then Two-Factor Authentication.

Step 4: Download the Google Authenticator app via the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Step 5: Open Google Authenticator app, scan the QR code on your screen and enter the code you see in the following field.

Step 6: Click the “OK” button.

That’s it! Your account is now protected, which means you can withdraw your commissions!

IMPORTANT: Don’t Ever Delete Your Google Authenticator

Every time you make a withdrawal, you’ll need to enter the code displayed in Google Authenticator, so it is imperative you don’t uninstall the app.

Contact your manager if you have some problems with two-factor authentication or would like to enable direct transfer.
